Hanuman ji was cursed to forget his powers, along with it was a boon that if someone reminds him of his power, then that power will come back, now what to do if the Lord of such great and incompetent power does it, there was no one with him who could help him. Can remind you that this pain does not suit you

तावद् एताम् पुरीम् लन्काम् विचिनोमि पुनः पुनः |
पुनः पुनः "Again Again" A voice came from inside of Hanumanji who was trapped in the impact, distraction and sentimentality of Sitaji's non found until I see Sita who is Lord Ram's wife and Yashashwini, then I will keep searching again and again in Lanka. Hanumanji use his self-motivation first, even after having so many divine powers, he is now using the energy which today's youth has forgotten. And this power is within all of us, but have forgotten to use it. If the use of divine power was shown by Valmiki Ji in Ramayana, then every human being would have been running after this power.
Bring this same energy within yourself, no one will come to remind you until your voice comes from your inner heart "Again Again" पुन: पुन:
स मुहूर्तम् इव ध्यात्वा चिन्ता विग्रथित इन्द्रियः || ५-१३-५८
उदतिष्ठन् महा बाहुर् हनूमान् मारुत आत्मजः |
Then he controlled his senses which were afflicted with sorrow and pain, When the name of Lord Rama appears in Varaha Purana, Elements and Senses has been described before the Rama Name and said these from you. Hanuman ji also controlled these senses here and then pray together with Lord Rama, Lakshmana and Janaka's daughter Sita, 33 Koti of Gods and Goddesses
वसून् रुद्रामः तथा आदित्यान् अश्विनौ मरुतो अपि च || ५-१३-५६
नमः कृत्वा गमिष्यामि रक्षसाम् शोक वर्धनः |
Apart from all process Hanuman ji recite below mantra to come out from his agony and Valmikiji has given place to this mantra before starting Ramayana and also come in Dhyanam of Shri Ramasahasranam. It is said to be recite in the condition of pain, obstacles and very deep situation in life, this is single mantra in Literature as per my knowledge where all 33 Koti God and goddesses come
नमो अस्तु रामाय सलक्ष्मणाय |
देव्यै च तस्यै जनक आत्मजायै |
नमो अस्तु रुद्र इन्द्र यम अनिलेभ्यो |
नमो अस्तु चन्द्र अर्क मरुद् गणेभ्यः || ५-१३-५९
Remedy: Alongwith reciting 13 chapter or 108 times above mantra, everyday Remember your ancestors by raising both hands in the south-west direction untill Mars enter in Leo, those who have Mars in Cancer in their Ascendant should do this on every Amawashya with donation and enlight on deep in balcony or on terrace on the name of same, Hanumanji also pray his Ancestors during this phase. I ll explain this in next section "Rituals to the Ancestors "
